My Favorite Things for Pets
People often ask me what I use with my own animals and what I suggest after a session. This page collects the products I trust and come back to again and again. Some I use at home every day. Others I recommend because I’ve seen how much they can support animals and the people who love them.
Every animal is different. What helps one pet may not suit another, so please choose what feels right for your animal and check with your veterinarian before starting any new supplement.

Joint Support
- Dasuquin: A trusted joint supplement with glucosamine and chondroitin, plus ASU (avocado/soybean unsaponifiables) for added joint support. It usually costs a bit more than Cosequin. Amazon (affiliate link)
- Cosequin: Made by the same company as Dasuquin, with glucosamine and chondroitin but no ASU. A good, lower-cost option. Amazon (affiliate link)
- Cosequin Senior for Cats: A joint supplement for older cats with glucosamine, chondroitin, and omega-3s. The capsule opens and sprinkles onto food, which helps with cats who won’t take pills. Follow the label for dosing by your cat’s weight.

- Dog Steps by BADCO: Lightweight folding steps that let big dogs climb into an SUV or truck without jumping. That’s easier on their joints and on your back. They hold dogs up to 200 pounds and come in two heights, so check the fit guide on their site before you order. Most dogs need a little time and a few treats to feel comfortable using them.

Products, supplements, and holistic support are complementary and are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. If your animal is ill, injured, in pain, or in distress, please contact a licensed veterinarian.
Wondering what your animal might need? An animal communication session can help you understand what they’re feeling and what kind of support might suit them best.
